• 1 big tilapia
  • 1 small ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Procedures:

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and slow cook for 4 hours. Serve with steamed rice and some veggies on the side.
