1. In a pan, pour a little oil and saute garlic and onion. When cooked, add the bell pepper and stir for two minutes.

2. Combine the shrimps, chili sauce, salt, and pepper in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Do not overcook the shrimps to save its juicy flavor. Serve with rice or eat it plainly with a glass of beer or wine.

    Hi Joyce,
    I wanna try this! Something new for my boys to try. They both love spicy hot foods, and they love shrimps. I used to enjoy gambas back in Manila (sarap pulutan, haha!).
    I will then have to think of what my husband could eat as my boys and I savor this…maybe I will let him have tv dinner.
