1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Use your hand in mixing for even distribution of ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Using the wanton wrapper, fill it with small amount of pork mixture and pinch the sides to seal it. Do this until you finish all the pork mixture.
3. In pot, boil half liter of water. Once boiling, place the stuffed wantons one by one in the water and cook for 5-10 minutes.
4. Strain excess water before serving with light soy sauce and some fried garlic.
