Tortang Dilis


1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and in a small plate, mold the mixture in preparation for frying.

2. Heat the pan with enough oil to fry the anchovy mixture. Fry until golden brown.

3. When serving, it’s good to make a vinegar dip (1/2 cup cane vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, minced garlic, and red chillies).
