- 1 kilo cauliflower, cut into their branches
- 1 big carrot, peeled and cut diagonally, 1/2" thick
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1,4 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Put a little oil in a wok and heat it. Saute the garlic and onions. Once golden brown add in the vegetables.
2. Stir for a couple of minutes and add in all the seasoning ingredients.
3. Cook for another 10 minutes or until the vegetables are half cooked.
4. Best served with pan fried beef steak or steamed rice.
