- 1 kilo pork, lean or kasim part, cut lengthwise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
1.In a casserole, put a little oil and start sauteing garlic and onion.
2. Add in the pork, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, pepper, and 1 cup water. Let it simmer until meat is tender.
3. In case, the sauce gets too thick, add a little water to compensate the texture of the dish.
4. Cooking time will take from 45min – 1 hr.
