Adobong Pusit

Directions:

1. In a pan, saute the garlic in a little oil until golden brown and then add the onion.

2. Put in the squid, vinegar, soy sauce, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Add the peppercorn and taste. Once the squid is tender, turn off the heat and serve.

    I love squid.. one of my fave dishes is adobong pusit or grilled/ stuffed pusit :)
