Ingredients:

1 kilo pork spare ribs

small onion

lots of garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Directions.

1. Cut the spare ribs lengthwise and about 1/2 inch thick.

2. In a pot, place the pork and cover with enough water. Add some salt, pepper, onion, and garlic.

3. Boil for 15 mins. Take off liempo and set aside.

4. Heat the pan and pour some oil and start frying the spare ribs. Wait until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Saute garlic and pour on the top.

5. Serve with your choice of sauce.
