• 1 kilo pork liempo (belly part)
  • small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

1. Cut the liempo lengthwise about 1/2 inch thick.

2. In a pot, place the liempo and cover with enough water. Add some salt, pepper, onion, and garlic.

3. Boil for 15 mins. Take off liempo and set aside.

4. Heat the pan and pour some oil and start frying the liempo. Wait until the skin becomes crispy and golden brown.

5. Serve with your choice of sauce.
