1. Heat the butter in a pan and start sauteing the garlic till golden brown.
2. Fry the beef, at least two 2 minutes each side, to make it tender. Set aside.
3. On a separate pot, saute the garlic in the butter.
4. Add in the chicken broth/stock and bring to boil.
5. In a small cup, mix the flour and soy sauce and stir slow in the broth.
6. Wait until the sauce thickens. Season with some salt and pepper. Turn off the heat.
Best served with steamed veggies and pasta on the side.
