This my little Andrea’s favorite dish, so for those who wants to cook this simple seafood dish, just follow the ginataang hipon recipe below.
1. In a little oil, saute garlic and onion.
2. Add the prawns or shrimps, and wait till all of them become reddish in color.
3. Pour in the coconut milk and season with a little salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add in the kakang gata and the vegetables. Let it cook for another 10 minutes, then turn off the fire.
